<p>Here is a smoothie you could have every day if you wanted. Full recipe below. Its like a salad in a glass. If you are new to green smoothies you use a straw it makes it better. This green smoothie recipe is simple you could had more fruit if you like. I also like cinnamon in my smoothie. This is also a great recipe if you are want to lose weight and eat /drink healthier.</p>
<p>You will need: A Blender</p>
<p>Ingredients: 2 cups of Ice Water 1 head of lettuce 2 apples 1 banana 3 celery stalks 1 lemon 1tsp of cinnamon (optional)</p>
